| Jill Hartley... Was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The daughter of artists, Jill made Wyoming her home in 1976, where she now lives and paints from her Canyon Creek Ranch south of Rock Springs. Jill is an accomplished Oil and Acrylic painter and Watercolorist, holding several degrees in collegic and university studies, as well as teaching in the arts. Jill has participated in several shows, recieving awards. Jill is a welcome addition to Artisans' Gallery. | ||
